My photography workflow: what to expect from your shoot

CONSULTATION
We’ll start with an initial free consultation to discuss your vision, objectives, and specific needs. Whether you have a detailed brief or need guidance, I’ll ensure we’re aligned on your goals and creative direction.

PRE-PRODUCTION
I’ll handle all the planning, including creating mood boards or shot lists, booking locations, arranging props, and scheduling. You’ll be kept informed throughout the process to ensure everything is in place for the shoot. If you prefer to handle this, I’ll work alongside you, giving you input as necessary.

THE SHOOT
On the day, I’ll capture your images, bringing your ideas and the plan to life. My goal is to make the shoot go as efficiently and as smoothly as possible, as well as being enjoyable, while ensuring we get the best possible results for your project.

DELIVERY
This depends on your requirements, but in most cases I’ll review, balance, and edit the photos to achieve the desired aesthetic. You’ll receive a private link to preview the images, and after approval, I’ll deliver the final files in the agreed format, either via download or hard drive.
