Black & White—or Colour?

Laura was wearing a stunning red dress, but the yellows and red lights weren't doing a lot for her skin tone. In post, I selected my favourites shots of Laura and created my own black and white preset, based on the tones of their logo, to highlight her beautiful face. It also seemed appropriate with the 'vintage' style of Jazz.
Black and white photos are an option I offer with my event photography, especially if I can see that the lighting or other factors could distract from the photos and the event.
