Sunrise over Stromness
I recently came back from Margaret Soraya’s photography retreat in Orkney (co-hosted with Paul Sanders) and this is the first of my series of instavideos featuring the participants, so you can see what it’s like to be on it as well as see the resulting photographs, which are awesome. It’s so wonderful to see people creating beautiful work in a safe and nurturing environment with the right amount of freedom but also getting any support they might need.
We were surprised by some incredible winter sunrises at Merchant’s Cottage while there and this video features @colinsmith18, and his gorgeous photo.
